SNAP Financial Group Inc. Privacy Code informs you of our commitment to and policy on privacy. It tells you the ways we ensure that your privacy and the confidentiality of your information are protected. The information that you provide us is kept in the strictest of confidence. Defined Terms

  • Information you provide in the course of discussing your transactions with us
  • Information from a consumer reporting agency

The Confidentiality, Security and Integrity of Your Information

We restrict access to information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect this information.

Your Information and Third Parties

We will not disclose information about you to anyone except as provided in this policy or as permitted by law. We may disclose your information to third parties if it is required to service your account, perform joint marketing or prevent unauthorized transactions.

We may disclose the following information you provide to us in applications for credit, or other forms, to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements and, where necessary, to our affiliates.

Information About Former Customers

We do not disclose information about former customers, except as permitted or required by law. We delete and or safely destroy all information about former customers when it is no longer relevant to serve the purpose for which it was collected.
